Nursing studentsâ€™ satisfaction
Background: SurveyÂ ofÂ satisfaction fromÂ educationÂ lineÂ atÂ theÂ schoolÂ isÂ consideredÂ oneÂ ofÂ the fundamentalÂ issuesandÂ essential componentÂ activitiesÂ in the area ofÂ behavior andÂ organizational performance.Â TheÂ aimÂ of this studyÂ was to measureÂ nursingÂ students' satisfactionÂ in SchoolÂ of nursingÂ andÂ midwifery.
Â Method: This cross sectional study was analyzedÂ nursingÂ studentsâ€™ satisfaction inÂ sixÂ keyÂ areas.Â The dataÂ collection instrumentÂ wasÂ a questionnaire.Â The results showed that nursing students had little satisfaction with threeÂ keyÂ areas (school educational environment, clinical education environment, education review by school teachers, clinical education by clinical instructors,Â CommunicationÂ with colleagues and social prestige).
Results: The findings indicate that students had very little satisfaction with threeÂ keyÂ areas (evaluation by school teachers, evaluation of clinical instructors and quality of nursing management).
Conclusion: According toÂ thisstudyÂ the majorityof studentsÂ were little satisfied.Â Therefore,Â the satisfaction of all activities performedÂ at the university is effectiveÂ in motivatingÂ and finally education qualityÂ Promotion.
